Born Andy Agyemang in Kumasi, Ghana; He is popularly known in showbiz circle as Ypee.
Known for the genres of Ghanaian Hiplife/Hiphop Rap, he started recording in secondary school in 2011.
Ypee knew of the talent already but got exposed in Junior High School where he used to sing songs by Sarkodie, Yaa Pono etc in School.
Being signed to XTWO ENTERTAINMENT, a Ghanaian based record label, he has released about 5 singles and few cover songs under the record label and yet to release his debut studio album in December titled “SURVIVAL”.
Andy Agyeman as known in real life, released a single in 2016 titled “MEY3 GUY” which featured Showboy; the song made waves and was mostly talked about on all social media platforms, 2nd June 2017, he released “OnMyLevel” ft. Medikal which is still trending and getting much publicity from all angles of life.
The Album “SURVIVAL” consist of 13 tracks and 2 bonus songs, consisting of different genres featuring top notch artistes such as Yaa Pono, Medikal, Sista Afia, Kojo-Cue, Deon Boakye and the list continues.
Recording artistes who inspire Ypees music career include the likes of Sarkodie, Lil Wayne and Daddy Lumba.
Ypee promise to serve lovers of good music with his yet to be released singles.
